			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well I have successfully re fed after being on the food replacement diet and it has to be said I’ve been quite careful about what I’m eating. I have stayed the same weight so I am very pleased about that because it says you can expect to put on a few pounds, I did however follow the guidelines for re-feeding to the letter and used some of the maintenance products to help.</p>
<p>The first temptation was my friends 40th Birthday but I just picked something from the menu that I knew wasn’t too bad, I did have some wine which did go to my head a bit later, so just be careful with this!! I’ve found too major differences to my cravings, I now prefer something savoury for a snack and find the taste of chocolate very sickly!! (Which to a self confessed chocoholic is quite horrifying!!?) And I have had about 4 glasses of wine in two weeks; I just don’t seem to want it! This used to be my trigger to snack in the evenings so I am hoping I may have cracked it.</p>
<p>My main incentive though is to not let those scales go up and if they appear to be I will cut back on my carbohydrates and eat more fresh veg and salad because I’m so much more confident being slimmer and don’t want to feel the way I did before. If I start to slip I know that I can use the maintenance products to get me back on track!!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Sunday</strong><br />
Last day of food! Must make sure I enjoy it, feel very apprehensive about not being able to eat for weeks, and had a morning meeting with croissants and Danish pastries! Lunch was a chicken sandwich and Tea, Pizza and garlic bread, Conor’s choice because he was child of the week at school!! Food does rule my life I think about breakfast when I wake up and then consider lunch pretty soon after! Don’t get me wrong I don’t eat constantly all day but just think about it all day! Night time is the worst, jobs are done for the day, children are in bed and then its time to ‘reward’ myself, crisps, nuts, chocolate, biscuits and of course a glass of wine!</p>
<p>I’ve done weight watchers before and lost nearly 2 stone but slowly over the months and years it has all crept back on, I keep telling myself maybe I should go back to it having tried to do it without meetings but this time I’ve decided to try <a title="Lipotrim" href="http://www.liportrimprestwich.co.uk" target="_blank">Lipotrim</a>, My husband has done it successfully a year ago and my best friend has just lost a stone and a half and looks fantastic on it! Lipotrim is supposed to retrain your taste buds and cravings so you are no longer attracted to all the wrong kinds of foods! Anyway, time to go to sleep now goodbye food, see you when I’m thinner!!!</p>
<p><strong>Day 1: Monday</strong><br />
Up at 7am, school run to do! I was told by my adviser to have my first shake about 10 o’clock so I could equally space them throughout the day. So as the children eat their cereal I have my first cup of black tea! Note to self go and buy some tablet sweetener!</p>
<p>Anyway after a trip to Tesco for sweetener, sparkling water and food for the family, 10 o’clock comes round quite quickly.</p>
<p>I thought I would start with the chocolate flavoured shake, it was ok, but not cold enough so decided I would blend ice into the lunch time one. I had the strawberry shake for lunch which was quite nice. Have also been drinking lots of water so have seen more of the toilet than the office computer!! This definitely helps when you feel a hunger pang or a craving because the water suppresses this, it will also help to keep me regular as I don’t want constipation to top it off!</p>
<p>At tea time I struggled a bit because Shannon wanted bacon! Anyway I was good and did not cave in! The video says you should not pick at food because this will keep your taste buds active for the bad foods you are trying to escape from, and may interfere with the keytones, stopping you loosing the weight consistently.</p>
<p>I had to visit a friends house in the evening as I arrived three friends were digging into chocolate cake! As I declined to have any they looked at me strangely! So I proceeded to explain that I wasn’t allowed to eat anything and was happy with just a black coffee! “You’re not allowed anything!!??” was the shocked reply, followed by a multitude of questions! I’m so glad I had watched the video because I was able to explain how the diet worked and how the keytones then start to use up your stored fat. I felt quite knowledgeable!</p>
<p>Went to bed about 11pm proud that I had finished first day!!! The rest will be easy!!!</p>
<p><strong>Day 2: Tuesday</strong><br />
Found it easier this morning and had my shake at 10.30am, the shakes are so much nicer with loads of ice blended in.</p>
<p>A friend suggested blending coffee into vanilla to make like a frappe! It was lovely and quite filling!</p>
<p><strong>Day 3: Wednesday</strong><br />
Discovered sparkling water!! Tastes so much nicer than tap water, just imagine it has a vodka in it! I’m going to save these as a treat in evening!</p>
<p><strong>Day 4: Thursday</strong><br />
Struggled today a bit had to go out and wasn’t back until 3.30pm so I was late having lunch shake, this then set me late for the evening and I didn’t actually want the soup! It is important though that you do not skip a meal and stick to the 3 shakes each day.</p>
<p><strong>Day 5: Friday</strong><br />
Had cravings now and again today, can’t imagine being on this for weeks, food adverts, cooking programmes etc haunted me all evening! I guess no one said it will be easy!</p>
<p><strong>Day 6: Saturday</strong><br />
PMS set in today and was quite teary in morning! My husband sent me shopping in afternoon so I felt better!!! Just needed to get out, bought a top in Monsoon sale which is a target for me, when it looks ok I’ve got there!!</p>
<p><strong>Day 7: Sunday</strong><br />
Found today much easier as I had decided Sunday would be my weigh in day! I have lost ½ a stone! Brilliant news to spur me on for another week!</p>
<p><strong>Week 2</strong><br />
This week was much easier than last and I really have got past the craving stage, even sat in McDonalds with the children and had just a black coffee!<br />
I started exercising too. 20mins in morning doing a gym ball video. Got up at 6.30am Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and then at 8.00am Saturday and Sunday!</p>
<p>Lost 4lbs this week and I can really feel the benefit with my clothes! My adviser has said the weight loss will slow down, hope not too much!</p>
<p><strong>Week 3</strong><br />
Started off well went out for lunch for first time on Monday sat and drank coffee and sparkling water whilst my friend ate a sandwich and had a latte coffee! Saved shake until I got home at 2.30pm. Had some positive comments from some friends and some “that can’t be good for you!” comments from others.</p>
<p>Rest of week was fine but I did really feel the need for a glass of wine and nibbles on Friday night!!!</p>
<p>Have done my exercise every day!!</p>
<p>Was pleased on Sunday when I weighed in and had almost reached my first stone marker, just a pound to go!!</p>
<p><strong>Week 4</strong><br />
Did find this week difficult and had a long chat with my adviser, I felt I really wanted to give up as my friends were all going out on Sunday for a meal for someone’s birthday, as it turned out they cancelled so it has spurred me on for another week, I had lost now 17lbs so was keen to finish my fifth week, but with a light at the end of the tunnel!!</p>
<p><strong>Week 5</strong><br />
I knew I was going to re feed at the end of this week so I found it easy to complete and Friday came around quickly!!</p>
<p><strong>Conclusion</strong><br />
To say these five weeks have been easy would be a downright lie because there have been times when I have been irritable and cross (a bit like PMT) at key times like children’s tea time, or if a friend invited me out to lunch and I was unable to go! So what I did instead was treat myself to other things like shopping trips or simply going for a walk to get out of the house and away from temptation. The diet does take an awful amount of will power but because you see the results happening very quickly it is an incentive to keep going and once your clothes start to be loose and trousers start to fall off you know it is definitely worth it!</p>
<p>I feel healthy, energetic and very good about my figure and have had many positive comments from others, life is so much better when you feel positive about yourself, I know that eating a bad diet makes you tired and run down and that when you feel like that you eat to make you feel better, its one viscous circle that maybe I’ve just escaped from!</p>
